The Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh (1998-2004), 'a building capable of representing a people', where we shoul at least mention the extraordinary window-niches that give volume and depth to the facade, in a work of architecture made of inhabitable margins, and therefore open to the society of which is a part, beyond the openness of the mere use of transparancy (a metaphor of democratic visibility widely utilized by Günter Behnisch in the Parliament of Bonn, and by Norman Foster in the Reichstag in Berlin, which would have 'converted the building into an enormous aquarium', according to Miralles).../ Inventario
